Maintenance Technician must haves:

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Live within 20 miles of the property for on-call rotation requirements.
• EPA Type II Certification Preferred but not required
• Hourly rate subject to experience, skillset and certificates
• Pay range based on experience and certifications*
• Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
