Seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team of maintenance professionals at new 500 Unit apartment community in Quincy, Massachusetts 10 minutes south of Boston

The Maintenance Technician works with property management to complete maintenance tasks/work orders in a timely manner and consistent with company standards. Highly prefer person with a Plumbing License. Compensation range based on experience and licenses. Excellent base pay with additional pay potential on new construction projects.

The primary job responsibilities include:
a) Plumbing repairs
b) Appliance repair and installation
c) Minor electrical repairs
d) HVAC repairs
