Taste City is the newest restaurant concept from Amoura Hospitality — blending the flavors, spirit, and culture of San Francisco. As we prepare to open in SFO Terminal 1, we’re building a reliable, hard-working back-of-house support team that keeps the entire operation running smoothly.

🧽 What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance / Utility / Dishwasher, you’ll be a core part of the team making Taste City function at its best. You’ll:

Wash dishes, utensils, trays & equipment according to sanitation standards

Maintain a clean dish area, including floors, drains, and trash bins

Remove garbage and recycling throughout the shift

Deep clean kitchen equipment and storage areas as scheduled

Stock paper goods, beverages, ingredients, and smallwares

Assist with deliveries and store items using proper FIFO rotation

Maintain a safe, hazard-free back-of-house environment

Support kitchen staff during rushes when needed

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures

Operate dish machines and cleaning equipment safely

Communicate with kitchen staff and management to keep operations smooth

💪 What We’re Looking For

Experience in utility, dishwashing, or cleaning roles preferred

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Comfortable working in hot and wet conditions

Fast-paced work ethic and the ability to multitask

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Able to follow directions, safety rules, and sanitation standards

Flexible availability — early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays

A commercial kitchen and back-of-house setting with:

Constant standing, bending, lifting, and movement

Exposure to hot equipment & cleaning chemicals

Fast-paced, physical work

💰 Pay & Benefits

This is a Union Position Hourly Wage: $23.34 per hour (based on CBA wage progression)
