Responsibilities: • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Qualifications: • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
