LCH Health and Community Services (LCH) is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to help maintain our healthcare facilities in southern Chester County, PA. This position plays a key role in ensuring our buildings are safe, functional, and welcoming for patients, staff, and visitors.

What You'll Do

Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs

Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building issues

Complete work orders and maintain maintenance records

Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors

Support facility improvement projects and office moves

Maintain grounds, including snow and ice removal

Conduct safety inspections and help ensure OSHA compliance

Manage facility access systems, alarms, and security coordination

Respond to maintenance and safety issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; trade/vocational training preferred

2-5 years of commercial building maintenance experience

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred
