You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Items that we find are often broken, need attention, or basic needs of the property • Door hinges squeak • Screen holes/rips repaired • Pressure washing building/decks • Tightening screws in decks, doors, locks, etc • Fence repair • Toilet issues • Replacing grout or caulking • Spraying for ants/wasps • Grass mowing, weeding, and weed whacking • Hanging curtains, mini blinds • Understanding our systems, which include mini splits, door locks, etc. Qualifications: • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • 2+ years of maintenance experience Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
