This position is responsible for maintaining dog kennels and all related equipment, performing repairs on various types of fencing, addressing damaged concrete, and completing minor electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks. Outdoor property maintenance includes mowing grass and weeds, maintaining the driveway, and general grounds upkeep.

The role will begin at approximately 25–35 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct weekly safety inspections of all kennels and complete necessary repairs

Inspect all fencing weekly to ensure it is secure and in good condition

Maintain the front property and grounds

Keep the driveway properly maintained

Perform minor plumbing repairs as needed

Maintain all tools and equipment in proper working condition

Repair cracks and damage in concrete

Repair and maintain fencing

Complete basic electrical repairs
