    Job Description

    SALES ADMINISTRATION

    Local Toy Company based in Fontana, California, has an immediate opening for a Sales Administrative person.  The candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.   As a team member, you will be required to assist the sales managers with day-to-day activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support sales team
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including opening mail, answering calls, and customer service
    • Maintain and track point of sale

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Experience creating Powerpoint presentations, including inserting pictures and graphs
    • Advanced skills in Excel, Including creating formulas & tables
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Superior organization skills that support multi-tasking
    • Ability to work successfully in an independent or team-oriented environment

    Recommended Qualifications:

    Prior Retail Link and vendor portal experience is a plus but not required.
