Floreria Atlantico is looking for a talented Maitre 'D and Hosts to join the opening team of our iconic global brand. Floreria Atlantico is inspired by our Company's desire to provide memorable bar experiences and stellar service--while adhering to our core values of kinship loyalty, and community--pouring our hearts, souls, and minds into each property, ensuring that our guests feel and experience magic by simply entering one of our restaurant, bars and cafes. Responsibilities: • Greet all guests with a warm welcome and serve as a Brand Ambassador, since the host team is guests' first impression of the property. • Recognize return guests and personalize service based on their preferences. • Uphold standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation at the host stand at all times. • Take guest reservations and be a helpful and courteous resource to all guests, whether on the phone or in person. • Plan and successfully manage guest reservations and seating. • Work seamlessly with kitchen, servers, bar team, and management to ensure a fluid guest experience. • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards • Assist in other duties or responsibilities at the discretion of Brasero Atlantico or its management. Qualifications: • Previous restaurant front door experienceStrong customer service skills and passion for food, wine, and cocktails. • Standing for 6 to 8+ hours • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must possess an exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude. • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment. Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
