The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with banquet, catering, restaurant, or event management experience who enjoys working directly with clients, vendors, and staff to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities Include: • Leading wedding and event execution from setup through breakdown • Managing event staff and ensuring service standards are met • Coordinating with clients, vendors, and venue teams • Overseeing event timelines and day-of operations • Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout each event • Assisting with staff training and operational improvements • Supporting sales tours and client meetings as needed
Qualifications: • Significant banquet, catering, restaurant, or event management experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to work evenings and weekends
This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional looking for either a long-term full-time opportunity or flexible part-time event work.
