    Job Description

    The Loan Servicing Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Servicing Department relating to the following:

    • Policies & Procedures
    • Investor Reporting
    • Payment Clearing
    • Taxes & Insurance
    • Cash & Default Operations
    • Escrow Administration

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years related to Mortgage Loan Servicing
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Strong computer skills with the ability to work in a paperless environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
