Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive Inbound Leads from a Customer Service Representative

• Outbound on company provided leads

• Communicate with borrowers and operations to collect all required information

• Analyzing detailed financials and credit information to determine the customer needs with an appropriate loan program and corporate risk matrices

• Structure and Price loans accurately

• Work closely with Processing and Underwriting to obtain any additional documentation for approval

• Remain current with knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven Mortgage Loan Officer Experience
• Knowledge of FHA and Conventional guidelines
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation checks.
• Have a minimum of one state license approval
