Responsibilities:

Deliver and install major appliances, ensuring safe handling and setup.

Provide excellent customer service during delivery and installation processes.

Conduct thorough appliance demonstrations for customers post-installation.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and installations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in customer homes.

Perform basic troubleshooting and address customer concerns on-site.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Assist in the removal and disposal of old appliances as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in appliance delivery or installation preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in physically demanding conditions.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Background check and drug screening required.
