About the Role:

Join Ace Appliance in Toledo, OH, as a Major Appliance Delivery & Sales Representative! This dynamic position offers you the chance to connect with customers while delivering top-notch appliances and exceptional service. The position will be 80% on our sales showroom floor assisting customers in selecting the right appliances to meet their needs. And 20% helping deliver appliances and install. You will be learning valuable skills on how to install water lines, gas lines and do custom appliance installations. The position requires availability on Saturdays and weekdays, totaling 40 hours per week. We also cover 100% of healthcare costs along with many other benefits. Position starts at $55,000 to $63,000 per year. Opportunity's to advance into other departments.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and install major appliances in a timely and professional manner.

Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on appliance features.

Assist customers in selecting the right appliances to meet their needs.

Maintain accurate delivery schedules and inventory records.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Ensure compliance with safety standards during delivery and installation.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift heavy appliances and perform physical tasks.

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.

Basic knowledge of major appliances and their functionalities.

Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
