About the Role:

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. In this dynamic position, you will deliver and install major appliances, making a positive impact on our customers’ lives every day.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport and deliver major appliances to customer locations.

Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation processes.

Conduct thorough product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.

Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to streamline delivery schedules and processes.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and installations.

Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles and equipment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong physical ability to lift heavy appliances and navigate tight spaces.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.

Experience in appliance delivery or installation is a plus.

Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
