    About the Role:

    Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Sales & Delivery Specialist in Toledo, OH! In this exciting role, you'll help customers find the perfect appliances for their homes while ensuring a seamless delivery experience. Be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and quality service. The position requires availability on Saturdays and weekdays, totaling 38-40 hours per week. You may be also universal in helping deliver appliances when needed. Compensation includes $19.00 per hour plus commission, with average monthly commissions ranging from $1,200.00 to $1,800.00. We also cover 100% of healthcare costs along with many other benefits. Opportunity's to advance into other departments.

    Commission on Major Appliances: Ace pays a 1% commission on any major appliance’s starting day one.

    Paid Days Off:

    Paid days off are based on annual income and are offered at 100% pay:

    After Six months: 2 paid days

    After Year 1: 4 paid days

    After Year 2: 6 paid days

    After Year 3: 8 paid days

    After Year 4: 10 paid days

    After Year 5: 12 paid days

    Responsibilities:

    Assist customers in selecting major appliances that meet their needs and preferences.

    Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

    Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for purchased appliances.

    Ensure safe and timely delivery of appliances to customer locations.

    Manage inventory and maintain the showroom to ensure an appealing display.

    Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales and delivery.

    Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service quality.

    Stay updated on industry trends and new products to better assist customers.

    Requirements:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.

    Ability to lift heavy appliances and perform physical delivery tasks.

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.

    Basic knowledge of major appliances and their features is a plus.

    Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and inventory.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
