About the Role:

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Service Repair Technician and become a key player in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. With competitive pay ranging from $45 to $49 per hour, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment. You must have 3-5 years of in field experience working on major appliances.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair major household appliances, ensuring optimal performance.

Provide exceptional customer service during in-home visits and technical support.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on appliance technology and repair techniques.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service calls.

Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for repairs.

Offer maintenance advice to customers to prolong the life of their appliances.

Requirements:

Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
