About the Role:

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Service Technician and earn up to $100k per year! We are looking for skilled technicians who are passionate about providing exceptional service and solving appliance issues for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. You must have 3-5 years of in field experience working on major appliances.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and answering questions.

Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to troubleshoot issues.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service calls.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with various appliance brands and models.

EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
