Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair major household appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on appliances to ensure optimal performance.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot appliance issues effectively.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.

Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies through ongoing training.

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
