    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT who will provide administrative support to the HR Team, assist PEO senior management, and interface directly with clients and employees in a variety of industries. We are looking for someone who thrives and becomes energized working in a dynamic and face-paced work environment. This position is an integral part of the team that will assist with day-to-day operations and help maintain HR systems/processes.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    · Minimum of 1 year Human Resources (HR) experience

    · Required: Ability to work M-F 8a-5p Hawaii Time

    · HR functions knowledge

    · Exceptional attention to detail

    · Proven ability to multi-task

    · Proven ability to serve and work dynamically across all levels of an organization

    · Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office Suite

    · Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices, preferred

    · Experience with HR databases preferred

    THIS ROLE WILL CONTRIBUTE IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

    • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
      • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR team
    • Serve as the HR Team’s first point of contact for external inquiries (email/phone)
    • Assist with HRIS administration and maintenance by updating employee records in system
      • Organize and maintain employee/client records, process new hire/termination data
    • Case Management for HR inquiries:
      • Create client cases in system

      • Coordinate with other departments as needed

      • Follow up and respond appropriately to necessary parties involved to ensure client satisfaction

    • Prepare HR documents and correspondence, including letters of employment verifications, SOPs, new hire guides, custom documents and more
    • Coordinate training sessions
    • Maintain agendas and schedules for meetings and HR activities.
    • Assist senior manager with the revision and update of company policies
    • Collaborate with internal HR Dept to identify areas for process improvements
    • Keep abreast of the most recent HR trends and best practices.
    • Other tasks as needed
