Makartt is looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our beauty brand's social media accounts: Makartt, Charmed & Armed and Your Nail Lab. This internship is perfect for the individual who is passionate about all things social media and digital marketing! Responsibilities: Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns Brainstorms campaign ideas Support marketing team at live and online events Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability Monitor various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems Assists in creating performance reports Requirements: Located in the DFW area Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, Business, and/or Design Proficient in relevant Adobe Software
