  • Responsibilities

    WR is looking to hire a Contract Administrator to develop, prepare, and administer contracts, bids, and proposals.

     

     

    Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

     

    • Administer and manage a variety of complex contracts from beginning to end.
    • Coordinate with appropriate organizational personnel.
    • Ensure contracting activities and applicable flow-downs are consistent with contractual requirements.
    • Identify any potential risk or compliance issues with contract terms.
    • Ensure all contracts, bids, and proposals comply with all policies, regulations, and operational objectives.
    • Oversee supporting materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts.
    • Act as the primary liaison for assigned contracts.
    • Support negotiations with suppliers, partners, or customers.
    • Adhere to all contract, regulatory, and legal requirements.
    • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
    • Review, prepare and respond to pricing data calls and requests.
    • Review and negotiate Non-disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, and Consultant Agreements.
    • Monitor deliverables and project milestones to meet contractual requirements.
    • Provide market research, risk assessment, and risk mitigation planning.
    • Identify problems to appropriate personnel promptly and ensure corrective action.
    • Prepare and conduct contract kick-off meetings in coordination with Contracts, Program Management, and other internal organizational personnel.
    • Perform contract close-out activities in coordination with internal personnel.
    • Develop and provide reports requested by management and/or authorized external parties.
    • Maintain complete contractor files according to regulatory and organizational guidelines.

     

    Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

     

    • Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
    • Five (5)+ years of experience providing administrative support for government contracts.
    • Knowledge and comprehension of all types of government contracts and regulatory guidance, including:
      • FAR and DFARS
      • Contractor Procurement System Review (CPSR) compliance requirements
      • Regulatory audit preparation and reviews (i.e. DCMA, DCAA, etc.)
    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro

     

    CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
