Key Responsibilities

Install and repair flooring, including vinyl plank, tile, and carpet tiles

Perform interior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation

Repair sheetrock, including patching holes, cracks, and minor wall damage

Replace ceiling tiles and repair grid systems as needed

Complete minor plumbing repairs such as replacing fixtures, faucets, and clearing minor leaks

Perform minor electrical work, including replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ballasts

Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

Communicate progress and completion status to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor

Follow company safety policies and job site procedures

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in general maintenance, make-ready, or light construction work

Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Ability to use common hand and power tools safely

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed

Work Environment

Commercial office and retail properties

Normal business hours with occasional overtime based on project needs
