    RDE Capital Group LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented ready specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the selected person must be a determined, energetic, engaged, and friendly individual with a positive attitude. We provide an environment designed to promote growth and performance.

    What we would like you to do:

    Complete all needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes and single-family dwellings before residents move-in by following company make-ready checklist.

    Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed. Support cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not wasting materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use of tools and equipment. Complete make-ready checklist and all other required maintenance documentation promptly as directed by the Portfolio Manager.

    Must be knowledgeable, stay abreast and comply OSHA safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the company routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety-related laws and requirements and reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately. Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents staff and all others with respect, answering resident questions, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and completing assigned work orders efficiently and with a sense of urgency.
