Make Ready Technician – $18/hr + Full Benefits | Oklahoma City

We're looking for a Make Ready Technician to help prepare apartment homes for new residents and ensure every unit meets our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare vacant units for move-in (cleaning, painting, repairs, and final touch-ups)
• Perform basic maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC filters, and fixtures
• Work closely with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure fast, efficient turnovers
• Help maintain overall property appearance and curb appeal
