What You’ll Do

• Deliver professional music therapy services aligned with clinical best practices and patient needs
• Educate patients, families, and care teams on the therapeutic value of music
• Use assessment tools to establish goals and guide personalized therapy plans
• Lead sessions that include playing instruments, singing, listening, and improvisation
• Offer emotional and spiritual support through creative expression
• Foster a safe, comforting space that helps patients find moments of peace and joy

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy or a related field
• MT-BC certification (Certification Board for Music Therapists)-may agree to obtain the certification within a year of employment
• 3+ years of experience in Geriatric, Senior, or Hospice care preferred
• A passion for human connection, healing, and service through music
