Responsibilities include managing office correspondence, fielding phone calls and emails, obtaining medical and billing records, initiating claims and procuring necessary documents from insurance companies, coordinating property damage assessments, engaging with clients regarding their injuries and treatment progress, and preparing initial demand drafts. Responsibilities: • Candidate must have experience with pre-litigation personal injury cases • Can type at least 45 wpm • A bilingual Spanish speaker is a must • Organized and can handle many tasks at once • Must be a team player • Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability Qualifications: • Organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position • Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in personal injury law firm performing administrative tasks • An Associate’s degree or some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required • Proficient with MS Office products Compensation: $18 - $26 per hour
