    Job Description

    JOB OBJECTIVE

    Achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the offerings of the store, assists them in choosing the jewellery and completing the sales transaction.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive the customer and engage with the customer to understand the customer’s requirement.

    • Introduce various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision.

    • Monitor the stock in the section and ensure adequate stock for sales.

    • Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter free from dust and dirt daily.

    • Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and address with the right solution

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Passionate about luxury goods retail sales.

    · Proficiency in computer operations.

    · Jewellery Knowledge is an added advantage

    · Must be 18 years of age or older.
