Balanced Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable male caregiver to support a 51-year-old autistic male living in Stone Mountain, GA. This is a rewarding, relationship-based role for someone who genuinely enjoys providing care, staying active, and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The client enjoys outdoor activities, community outings, and meeting new people, so the ideal candidate is upbeat, patient, and comfortable engaging in the community.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Daytime hours

4–8 hours per day

Consistent weekly schedule with one client

Pay & Bonus

$18.00 per hour

$500 sign-on bonus

Paid after one month of providing consistent, reliable care

Requirements

Male caregiver preferred

Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or intellectual disabilities

Valid driver’s license

Clean driving record

Reliable transportation (required)

Ability to pass a background check

Dependable, patient, and compassionate

Must genuinely enjoy caregiving and working one-on-one

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support in the home and community

Assist with daily routines and supervision

Support outdoor activities and community engagement

Encourage independence and social interaction

Ensure client safety at all times

Follow the individualized care plan

Communicate effectively with agency staff regarding client needs
