    Are you looking to supplement your income?

    Generations Home Care, LLC is looking for a male caregiver for a client in the 85016 Phoenix area. Client in need of assistance 2 times weekly for 3-4 hours per day (very flexible on days and hours). This schedule will increase once candidate is selected. Additional clients in area and mileage is paid between clients.

    Pay ranges from $18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on your experience and certification(s).

    Responsibilities:

    Overall Client Care and Client Experience

    Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

    Assistance with Homemaking Tasks

    Clock in and out of Shift via our on-line App

    Documentation of Visit in our on-line App

    Qualifications:

    Caring, Compassionate and Warm Friendly Personality

    Must have 2 Plus Years of Proven Caregiving Experience

    Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, (DCW), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Family Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    Current CPR, 1st Aid and Proof of Negative TB

    Be Able to Pass a Background Check

    Be Able to Lift 25 Pounds or More

    Must have own vehicle and be able to transport if needed
