Location: Milwaukee, WI 53209 Schedule: 4 days per week | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client with behavioral health support needs. This role requires patience, strong communication, and the ability to provide consistent cueing and assistance with daily living activities in a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance and daily living support

Offer consistent cueing and supervision throughout care tasks

Assist with mobility support and safe transfers as needed

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Support laundry (off-site laundry duties)

Assist with grocery shopping and errands

Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive home environment

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

Ability to safely assist with mobility and physical support needs

Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Patient, dependable, and compassionate

Ability to follow a care plan and provide consistent support and cueing
