    We are urgently hiring for a male caregiver to assist a male client in Mountain Home. We have full time day shifts available, and several night shifts.

    Applicants must have experience working with behavioral clients. The ideal candidate will be confident using de-escalation tools and techniques, able to assist with daily living activities, and comfortable working independently. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is up for a challenge, enjoys meaningful work, and wants to grow with our team.

    Pay is $18 per hour. Mileage reimbursement is available for caregivers traveling more than 30 miles per day. Overtime may be available with prior approval.

    Job requirements include: being 18 years of age or older, passing a background check and drug test, having a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance, and holding current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain within 30-days of employment).

    Major responsibilities include providing behavior support and daily care, engaging with the client, assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming, preparing meals, doing light housekeeping, and communicating with the care team. Applicants should be able to work 20 to 40 hours per week, bend and stand for extended periods, lift 20 to 30 pounds, and communicate effectively.
