This Lead Installer would also oversee the work of an entry-level installer to ensure work is performed correctly. Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the trade
• 3 or more years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA certified, preferred
• Maintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Standing, walking, bending, climbing or sitting

• Must be able to maneuver heavier loads (at least 50lb)
• Will be in proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment and situations

Responsibilities:

• Installs heating, air conditioning and ventilation as well as accessories in accordance with company requirements and manufacturing specifications. As needed, performs limited diagnostics
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings and sheet metal as required
• Performs start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components
• Effectively communicates with customers regarding questions, concerns and problems
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
• Ensures company property, vehicles and tools are properly maintained and accounted for
• Follows standard procedures and processes, ensures that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts to warehouse and replenishes vehicle stock as needed
• Represents the company professionally, honestly and ethically in all business matters and concerns
