HVAC Installers work to ensure proper installation and repair of heating and ventilation systems. HVAC Installers are required to work on, install and assist with electrical components, motors, ductwork, indoor air quality and airflow in residential and commercial settings.

Education and Experience:

• Basic Knowledge of the trade
• 1+ year residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA preferred
• Maintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Standing, walking, bending, climbing or sitting
• Extreme temperatures
• Small crawl spaces
• Heights
• Must be able to maneuver heavier loads (at least 50lb)
• Will be in proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment and situations

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest customer service standards possible
• Install heating, ventilation and cooling units for residential or commercial customers
• Travel to job sites in service area and work with the team to ensure schedule is maintained
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
• Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment
• Solid communication and customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with team members and customers alike
• Ability to take work direction from the team leader in a courteous manner
• Maintain a professional image, wearing only company-approved and provided apparel
• Abide by the company's standard of performance and codes of conduct
• Other duties as needed
