Malian Digital is seeking a driven and results-oriented Independent Sales Executive (1099 Contractor) to join our team and play a key role in expanding sales of our digital marketing and development solutions. This is a performance-based opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and convert leads provided by Malian Digital into paying clients for our services:
- Focus on exceeding monthly sales targets by selling a minimum of 3 different products per month (New Application Development, New Website Development, Application/Website Updates, Logo Creation, Social Media Marketing).
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations using our provided Presentation Guides, tailored to each lead's specific needs, with a strong focus on explaining App Development and Website Development processes in detail.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Attend 3 weekly sales calls with leadership to discuss progress, strategies, and answer your questions.
- Track and analyze your sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage your own schedule and territory effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas in a 1099 contractor role / commission only.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and development concepts, particularly App Development and Website Development processes.
- The ability to clearly explain these processes to potential clients in a way that is easy to understand.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable using technology tools.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in French (a plus).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive commission structure with the potential to earn up to $120,000 annually (based on performance). Expect income ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 commission only.
