Malian Corporate Coaching: Regional Business Coach (Independent Contractor)

Malian Corporate Coaching is seeking passionate and experienced Business Coaches to join our growing team! As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in empowering business owners and leaders across the country to achieve their full potential.

The Role:

In this exciting role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to a diverse range of business owners and leaders throughout a designated region. We will provide you with 20-40 pre-qualified client accounts sourced by our Regional Sales Executives, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful coaching and building strong client relationships. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional income beyond a percentage of revenue from your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client consultations to assess needs and develop personalized coaching programs.
• Facilitate engaging and insightful coaching sessions focused on client goals, leveraging your expertise in various coaching domains.
• Partner with clients to identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and hold them accountable for achieving their desired outcomes.
• Utilize your business acumen to guide clients in areas like strategic planning, operational excellence, sales growth, leadership development, conflict resolution, and employee well-being/stress management.
• Stay current on the latest coaching trends and best practices to deliver the most valuable services to clients.
• Build strong relationships with your assigned clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout their coaching journey.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business management consulting or coaching.
• Proven track record of success in helping businesses achieve significant growth and results.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of key business principles and functions.
• Exceptional coaching skills , including active listening, powerful questioning, and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Experience in multiple coaching domains: Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Sales Coaching, Conflict Resolution Coaching, Wellness Coaching, and Stress Management Coaching (a plus).
• Experience coaching across multiple industry verticals (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor your communication style to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficient in technology , including CRM software and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel within your assigned region.
• A valid 1099 Independent Contractor status is required.
