    Job Description

    Malibu Events is seeking a creative and dynamic Brand/Marketing Executive to join our team. As the Brand/Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Malibu Events and elevate our brand presence in the market.     Responsibilities:

    1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Malibu Events' brand identity and increase brand awareness. Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

    2. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Malibu Events' services and drive customer engagement. Develop creative concepts, messaging, and assets for digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing initiatives.

    3. Digital Marketing: Manage the firm's digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising. Create engaging content, graphics, and promotions to attract and retain clients and drive traffic to our events.

    4. Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, and newsletters. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets that resonate with our target audience.

    5. Event Promotion: Coordinate marketing efforts to promote upcoming events and attract attendees. Utilize a mix of online and offline marketing tactics, such as social media promotion, email campaigns, print ads, and media partnerships, to maximize event visibility and attendance.

    6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the events industry. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and make recommendations for strategic initiatives.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on brand development and customer engagement.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
