EXPERIENCED PAINTER

At Malone Painting we believe in having fun while we work hard too. We are currently looking to hire an Experienced Painter to join our growing team! Malone Painting is a locally owned, dynamic and growing painting company, serving the greater St. Louis, MO area. Our projects range from small residential repaints and remodels to smaller commercial jobs and cabinet painting.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop painting knowledge and skills, and take direction from production manager and/or site leader
• Plan and execute the rooms and surfaces that are assigned, under the direction of the site leader
• Follow sales estimate specifications for each job
• PREPARE surfaces for proper paint adhesion
• PAINT surfaces with proper equipment and paint
• PERFECT the project with professional results
• CARE - Treat both the customer and property with respect
• Listen and respond for opportunities for future projects/sales with customer

Requirements

• Consistently work 40 hours per week, typically 8 hour shifts
• Willingness to learn and receive instruction
• Regularly stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
• Climb ladders of varying heights
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle
