Job Description
As a Physical Commodity Trader at Maltwerks, Inc, you will learn how to handle all aspects of trade origination and execution in dynamic global specialty crop agricultural commodities markets such as sunflowers, grains, oilseeds, pulses, fruits and nuts. You will interact daily with manufacturers, users and associated supply chain players to achieve superior price discovery, trading decisions, and trade executions. Commodity Traders at Maltwerks, Inc. get almost immediate decision-making responsibility, while working in the fast-paced, ever-changing and exciting world of global specialty crop agricultural commodity trading.

Position Type, Location & Working Hours
This is a full-time position with the main office located in Detroit Lakes, MN and a supplemental office in Fargo, ND. This position has the option to work remotely, if needed.
Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30pm, and may fluctuate depending on business needs.
Maltwerks operates in time-sensitive global markets, so the exigencies of the business may alter working hours.

This position operates in a professional office environment and requires route usage of standard office equipment including, but not limited to computer, phone (landline and/or mobile) photocopier & filing cabinets. While performing the essential duties of this job, the noise level in the work please is usually moderate to boisterous.
