Malvern Glass is a commercial and residential glazing contractor active on projects throughout the Delaware Valley. We are seeking a Residential Glazing Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. This includes providing customer quotes, ordering materials, and resolving technical issues. We seek an individual with a maximum 20 mile commute. • Develop and maintain a knowledge of residential glazing products and services
• Provide customers with information and pricing regarding residential glass products and services via phone, email and in Malvern Glass showroom
• Use an industry software to price and quote customer product and service requests
• Enter customer orders into accounting system
• Order materials and coordinate scheduling of customer orders with Malvern Glass Residential Manager
• Invoice customer orders and process customer payments
• Troubleshoot customer issues and concerns

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Independent, self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in residential construction customer service and sales would be a Plus
• Glass and glazing construction industry experience would be a Plus
• Reasonable proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
