THE PROGRAM MANAGER SHALL BE CALLED OF GOD; COMMITTED TO SERVE; WILLING TO BE AVAILABLE TO THE STAFF, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, RESIDENTS AND VOLUNTEERS. ABLE TO LEAD OTHERS TO ACCOMPLISH THE MISSION OF MAMA’S HOUSE BY THE DIRECTION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT THROUGH PLANNING, DIRECTING, AND COORDINATING THE ACTIVITIES OF MAMA’S HOUSE.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A COMMITTED CHRISTIAN
CAPABLE OF PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE TO HOUSE STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, AND RESIDENTS BY WORD AND DEED.
FULL TIME WORK WEEK OF 40 HOURS; ON CALL AFTER HOURS
A PERSON OF DEMONSTRATED INTEGRITY, MATURITY, SOUND JUDGMENT, AND CAPABLE OF ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING SOUND ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE.
ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF RESIDENTS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, AND DONORS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBLE FOR SEEING THAT THE PHILOSOPHY, STRATEGY, PURPOSE, OBJECTIVES, AND ESTABLISHED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE PROGRAM ARE CARRIED OUT.
PLANS, DIRECTS, AND COORDINATES THE ACTIVITIES OF SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAMS INCLUDING DIRECT SERVICE AND SUPPORT TO RESIDENTS AS NEEDED.
SUPERVISION AND EVALUATION OF HOUSE LEAD, CASE COORDINATORS, AND HOUSE MOTHERS PERFORMANCE TO ENSURE THAT PROGRAMS MEET QUALITY STANDARDS AND THAT RESOURCES ARE USED EFFECTIVELY.
EMPLOY AND DISCHARGE MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE STAFF ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED PERSONNEL POLICIES.
ESTABLISHES AND OVERSEES RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGERIAL PROCEDURES TO MEET OBJECTIVES SET BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
HOLD STAFF MEETINGS AT REGULAR INTERVALS TO DISCUSS PLANS AND TO INTERPRET POLICIES TO THE STAFF.
CONTINUED EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALL PROGRAMS AT MAMA’S HOUSE AND HOPE CENTER.
ORGANIZE A PROGRAM FOR THE CONTINUED TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE STAFF, AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF ALL STAFF OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRAINING, RETREATS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES BENEFICIAL TO THE STAFF AND MINISTRY.
NETWORK WITH AFFILIATIONS AND BRING AWARENESS TO MAMA’S HOUSE.
OFFER SUPPORT AND REPORT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
RECRUIT AND INTERVIEW VOLUNTEERS AS NEEDED
PARTICIPATE IN PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES ON BEHALF OF MAMA’S HOUSE AS NEEDED. ESTABLISHES AND MAINTAINS RELATIONSHIPS WITH ORGANIZATIONS IN COMMUNITY TO MEET COMMUNITY NEEDS.
THE ORGANIZATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD OR MODIFY DUTIES AT ANY TIME AS APPROPRIATE.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE
EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE

The mission of Mama’s House is to provide a home for women in crisis pregnancies, meaning they are vulnerable with no place to go and no means of support. At Mama’s House their spiritual, physical, emotional, educational, and vocational needs are addressed. With nurturing support, these moms are being equipped with necessary life skills for competent living whether they choose parenting or allow a loving family to adopt. Upon exiting the extensive program at Mama's House, these residents face a brighter future.
