    We are seeking an organized and professional Communications Coordinator with Project Management experience to make sure our marketing efforts are effectively communicated to our retail partners.

    The successful candidate will enjoy collaborating with teams of 30+, setting your own schedule and priorities, managing 50 tasks at one time, and being out in the field.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure that the scope and direction of each marketing promotion is on schedule and clearly relayed to every retail partner.
    • Coordinate and report on all new placement initiatives for presentation and internal use purposes.
    • Assist in the coordination of marketing initiatives both internally and externally
    • Communicate with stores to gather key marketing feedback.
    • Make recommendations to retailers to improve partnerships, advertising strategies, and ensure brand integrity.
    • Interact seamlessly with the Head of Sales and Distribution team to understand strategic priorities and rapidly execute marketing promotions and campaigns.

    BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:     The ideal candidate for this position will have a track record of success in emerging and entrepreneurial companies that have experienced rapid growth and change. This Communications Coordinator will preferably have 2 or more years of professional experience.
