    Mammoth is the leading cannabis manufacturing, distribution, and branding company in California. As part of this, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented, and organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant to our head of sales. The ideal candidate should have strong organization skills, attention to detail, general administrative experience, exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, and a solution-based mindset.

    WHAT YOU'VE DONE: (QUALIFICATIONS)

    • Interest in cannabis industry
    • College degree or equivalent work experience
    • Highly organized, self-motivated and dedicated
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office, Google Suite
    • Solid research skills
    • Flexible with handling continuous change
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • General project coordination and problem-solving skills
    • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple competing priorities
    • Strong track record of effective collaboration in a fast-paced, objective focused environment
    • Comfortable and adept at working with a variety of employees at different levels
    • Ability to forecast needs and problem solve effectively
    • Able to work well autonomously and as part of a team

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)

    Enter sales orders into our ERP system with accuracy and follow up to ensure fulfillment

    • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order updates, payment reminders, or to answer questions
    • Manage and maintain sales databases in ERP
    • Completes spreadsheets to track data and review KPI's
    • General administrative duties: scheduling, composing memos, letters, reports, and other documents using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
    • Manage communications for the Head of Sales including preparing correspondence, reports, reviewing and summarizing mail and documents, etc.
    • Create various reports for the Sales Team
    • Coordinate meetings, travel, events, etc.
    • Draft communications and follow through to completion
    • Perform other ad hoc administrative functions to assist Sale Team and Management

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Good vision
    • Clear hearing and speech to effectively communicate
    • Ability to work on a computer at least eight (8) hours per day
