ROLE SUMMARY: 

The Fill Team Associate is responsible for providing support and working collectively with the entire Fill Team. This person is trained on internal standard operating procedures and contributes to ensuring the accuracy and timely fulfillment of work orders in alignment with these protocols. Knowledge of cannabis filling is preferred, along with attention to detail in order to ensure precision with quality control and compliance. This position reports to the Fill Team Lead and plays a critical role in the production of a range of cannabis products. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistent and timely completion of filling work orders needed to achieve production goals
• Executes preparation for and performance of both manual and automated filling processes with various types of equipment
• Ensure quality control in alignment with filling activities
• Assist with maintenance and validation of all preparation and filling equipment
• Follow internal SOP's and safety practices
• Adhere to any internal and external good manufacturing guidelines and industry regulations as they apply to all levels of work
• Work cohesively with team to minimize disruptions to production
• Use good judgment and maintain confidentiality of all proprietary practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma
• Able to coordinate activities among staff to properly execute filling operations in compliance with cannabis regulations
• Previous experience in filling and manufacturing or similar type role/environment preferred, but not required
• Knowledge and/or operation of manual and automated filling machines along with related manufacturing machines such as labeling, etc.
• Must be able to work independently following a brief period of specific technical training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift, push, pull, bend and reach up to 50lbs daily
• Good vision and hearing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able and patient to do repetitive tasks
• Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools
• Able to demonstrate all physical aspects of the job
