  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking experienced sales professionals to develop and maintain key relationships with co-ops and dispensaries in Northern California. The ideal candidate should be able to provide exceptional customer service, be the most professional and knowledgeable experts in the industry, and have a proven track record of sales growth and strong relationship management.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create a strategy and execute related tactics to increase sales, engage new customers and ensure growth for all brands
    • Identify leads/new accounts and connect with them to ensure Mammoth brands receive exclusive or majority shelf space
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all customers through visits, texts, emails, and phone calls, etc. in order to ensure that Mammoth is the preferred provider for all their cannabis needs

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle all customer-related questions, inquiries, and orders professionally and promptly
    • Create, advertise, and run customer events in shops and on social media
    • Promote products by ensuring each customer has the right  merchandising displays and products are presented professionally and dynamically
    • Ensure territory growth by setting and executing appropriate goals and strategies
    • Assist other Account Managers with customers or events
    • Educate Budtenders on products, services, and industry
    • Ensure sales products/customers are marketed properly online (Weedmaps)
    • Utilizes feedback, data, sales trends, etc. to share ideas and insights to improve products, services, strategies, promotions, and sales
    • Constantly advocate getting more space or product selection into each customer's space
    • Identify competitors and potential threats; develop solutions and execute a strategy to continue to build and expand strong customer relations

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

    • Previous sales experience (Cannabis sales a plus!)
    • A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
    • Driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
    • Technology savvy- experience with ERP systems a plus
    • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
    • Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive skills
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner
    • Ability to think outside-the-box to identify solutions that drive sales and market share in a competitive environment.
    • Proven ability to build and execute a strategy for assigned territory that generates and develops new business
    • High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve results and provide solid data demonstrating accomplishments
    • Takes ownership of responsibilities and is an effective problem solver
    • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc. for educational business meetings, industry trade shows, events, presentations, PAD's, etc.
