    ROLE SUMMARY:

    The Customer Experience Representative is an important member of our team who assists with actions focused on ensuring a best-in-class customer experience from end-to-end. As the backbone of our sales team, this role supports administrative and business development activities that enhance our valued retail partnerships. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented team player with a passion for customer service, an outstanding work ethic and superb communication skills. Must be dedicated to performing admin tasks with minimal errors while also searching for creative solutions to help drive revenue. Solid knowledge of and passion for the cannabis industry from its origins to its current state is an important component of achieving success in this position. This role reports to the area Account Manager.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • HS Diploma or Equivalent
    • College Degree preferred
    • Able to demonstrate credibility with knowledge of the cannabis industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable and confident with public speaking and presenting
    • Personable, outgoing, and positive with a desire to engage with team members, business partners and customers
    • Strong work ethic with a drive to achieve challenging goals
    • Solid time management and organization skills
    • Superb attention to detail with minimal errors
    • Minimum of two (2) years general work experience interacting with a variety of individuals. (This might include one of the following areas: sales, customer service, teaching/training, marketing/promotions, brand rep or spokesperson.)
    • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
    • Current Driver's License and clean DMV record
    • Own your own registered and insured vehicle
    • Able to build new capabilities

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)

    • Prepare and continually update with accuracy all sales related administrative tasks. These include, but are not limited to:

              o Data tracking spreadsheets

              o Orders (with fulfillment follow-up)

              o KPIs

              o Event scheduling and coordination with promotional materials, samples, swag, etc. ordered and deployed to event location

    • Draft and send written correspondence regarding orders, payment pickups, and customer issues without direction or guidance
    • Continue to expand knowledge of each individual account and their specific preferences in order to intuitively forecast needs, identify opportunities, source innovative solutions and problem-solve without being prompted
    • Visit dispensaries regularly to create and maintain robust partnerships with owners, managers, and budtenders in order to drive revenue
    • Provide interesting and engaging education and training to budtenders and other consumer-facing sales roles
    • Perform demos at various locations to share product information and promote products
    • Participate in events, social media, online forums, webinars, etc. to network and connect with potential partners and consumers
    • Deliver orders and samples to current and potential retail partners
    • Take on additional responsibilities as needed and/or as directed
    • Able to travel 40% of the time

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Able to lift, push, pull up to 25lbs
    • Able to work on a computer for eight (8) hours daily
    • Clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Able to speak on a phone for eight (8) hours daily
    • Good vision and hearing
    • Ability to drive a vehicle and travel throughout territory (this may be >100 miles in a day)
