    ROLE SUMMARY:

    The Project Coordinator works cross functionally across the organization to fulfill project deliverables within designated time frames. This role plays a critical part in coordinating all the marketing and product related moving pieces necessary for a product launch. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented team player with solid communication skills and problem-solving acumen.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College Degree (ideally in Marketing, Communications, or Business) or equivalent work experience
    • 2-3 years of Project Management experience, preferably at an agency or in-house marketing department with multiple brands
    • Knowledge and understanding of marketing for cannabis a plus
    • Experience in CPG preferred
    • Superb attention to detail with minimal errors
    • Organized with strong prioritization and strategic planning abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Technologically savvy and adept at learning and leveraging new programs and/or applications
    • Experience with project management software (Asana, Wrike)is a plus

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)

    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and deadlines and identify significant risks and/ or opportunities to improve workflow
    • Plan, manage and execute projects from start to finish guaranteeing timely completion within scope
    • Ensure accurate execution of deliverables, task fulfillment and vision alignment
    • Collaborate cross functionally to assist and/or fulfill day-to-day marketing, product development and design initiatives
    • Provide timely project status update and facilitate decision-making with key stakeholders
    • Synthesize and update stakeholder input in various documents, project plans and adjust timelines
    • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, problems, etc. and propose solutions to move project forward
    • Coordinate with creative team to establish proper content alignment with the strategy, vision and requirements of the project
    • Develop a strong understanding of the creative process and key stakeholders required to bring a creative idea/ campaign to life.
    • Structure and manage complex, rapidly moving project workstreams including website assets, email, social, print collateral, packaging, campaign assets and partnership initiatives in support of marketing campaigns
    • Continuously improve efficiency with processes including, but not limited to, enhanced reporting to project templates, gantt chart and other tools
    • Oversee external vendors and hold them accountable for agreed upon timelines, deliverables and budget

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Able to lift, push, pull up to 10lbs
    • Able to work on a computer for eight (8) hours daily
    • Clear vision, speech and hearing
    • Clear verbal/written communication and presentation skills
