ROLE SUMMARY:

    The Project Coordinator-Product works cross functionally across the organization to guide products from concept to launch within designated time frames. This person will be responsible for multiple product timelines and delivering on mutually agreed milestones across our portfolio of products. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented team player with solid communication and problem-solving skills to execute various product roadmaps. In order to be successful, they are a balanced team player with the ability to independently lead and guide projects forward in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.

    WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT:

    • You are experienced with consumer products and a concrete understanding of product lifecycle management.
    • You are a self-starter with the energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and the demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones.
    • You are able to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly moving environment and successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.

     

    WHAT YOU'VE DONE: (QUALIFICATIONS)

    • College Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Previous Project Management experience
    • Demonstrated excellence in setting up project milestones and managing critical paths for projects on tight deadlines
    • Results-oriented with excellent analytical skills
    • Creative-minded and strong problem-solving ability
    • Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills
    • Experience working with off shore suppliers and manufacturers
    • Adept at balancing day-to-day execution and big-picture, strategic thinking

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)

    • Plan, manage and execute projects from start to finish guaranteeing timely completion within scope
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and deadlines
    • Ensure accurate execution of deliverables, task fulfillment and vision alignment
    • Collaborate cross functionally to assist and/or fulfill day-to-day product development and design initiatives
    • Communicate effectively across departments to relay project updates, changes in strategy, and report KPIs to stakeholders
    • Lead and manage the internal packaging design workflow for assigned products
    • Work closely with the R&D and sales teams to manage product development milestones and schedules
    • Partner with Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to bring products to market
    • Provide timely project status update and facilitate decision-making with key stakeholders
    • Synthesize and update stakeholder input in various documents, project plans and adjust timelines
    • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, problems, etc. and propose solutions to move project forward
    • Continuously improve efficiency by evaluating processes and campaigns and updating accordingly
    • Work closely with contract manufacturers, suppliers and vendors to drive product design, material procurement and complete engineering validation goals

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Able to lift, push, pull up to 10lbs
    • Able to work on a computer for eight (8) hours daily
    • Clear vision, speech and hearing
    • Clear verbal/written communication and presentation skills
    • Able to work in a variety of environments including office, warehouse, outdoor farms, etc. (Some of these environments may have varied and extreme temperatures ranging from hot to cold.)
