    Managed Labor Solutions is in currently seeking to fill a part time  Administrative Assistant position in Charlotte, NC.  Want to have fun at work while being recognized and appreciated? The right candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work part of a team.

    This position will be PT Saturday and Sunday and is an hourly position. Pay Rate of $15/hour

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Call applicants to set up interviews, condcut interviews, run background checks and assist new hires with the onboarding process
    • Reporting to management status of interviews and hiring
    • Review confidential employee details and provide reports to HR Management
    • Assist with special projects as needed
    • Create documents and spreadsheets gathering data from various sources
    • Perform other duties as requested

     MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1 to 2 years of previous administrative experience or customer service experience
    • MS Office Suite proficient
    • Customer service experience
    • H.S Diploma or GED
