PAY RATE: $12.25 PER HOUR PLUS OPPORTUNITIES FOR BONUS INCENTIVE

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead your team to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are completed and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company’s value, vision and culture to all associates
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred read and write
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisor experience
• H.S. Diploma or GED
